Thank you sincerely for organising and presenting such an informative, inspiring and therapeutic event. It offers hope to individuals and that is a very valuable thing. Hope to see you next year and i'll be spreading the word.

Thank you so much for a brilliant day yesterday. It was astounding and filled my heart. I have so many answers to my questions and paths lit up, I'm really excited to move with them.

I just wanted to send a thank you to you all for organising such a wonderful event today. The range of speakers, topics and discussions was wonderful and all so powerful and meaningful.

I thought this was an excellent day - a really good balance of research, creativity, discussion, information and humour. I valued hearing the lived experience of so may of the speakers and the way they have transformed their own trauma into creative ways of helping others. It was a true privilege. And, of course, the subject matter is just so important and I am so grateful that it is being spoken about in a grown up way.

This year's festival felt different to the others because your efforts and hard work are gaining traction. It is so important and so gratifying to have this sense that more people are joining in with the struggle. It means so much not just for me but for everyone.
